Positive: The location was excellent and close to ski lifts and shops etc.
Negative: We were in a room behind reception which was close to the road and deliveries were made at 5am to hotel next door which was very disturbing plus the snow ploughs etc were out early.

Positive: Ski-in ski-out was perfect. A lot of space and a nice atmosphere/ambience in apartment. Nice mountain view. Kitchen well equipped.
Negative: No sun on the terrace. Dishwater need both salt and rinse aid. Not enough seating possibilities in the living room. The apartment was for 8 people but only one sofa for 2-3 persons + two very small chairs. Drains in bathroom sinks were blocked and water was running out VERY slowly!

Positive: The residence is quite nice, easily accessible from the slopes - direct ski path right to the door which takes you to the ski lifts. Clean rooms and well equipped kitchen. Quiet place overall. The spa zone is nicely made and decorated. Great view from the apartments and almost perfect location.
Negative: In the 8 person apartments one of the rooms (bunk bed) is awfully small. No window and space for luggage. The ski locker room gets easily congested during the morning hours with little space to put your equipment on. The ski boot dryers are not working (long enough) to get the job done.
Summary: Wonderful apartments for a ski-in-out experience.
